  • Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes in length.

  • A 60-minute session is $160 and a 90-minute session is $210. Payment is accepted by e-transfer.

  • Yes, most major insurance and employee assistance plans are accepted.

  • To respect the time reserved for each client, I kindly require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee. I understand that emergencies can happen. Exceptions may be made in the case of sudden illness, accidents or other circumstances outside your control.

  • At your first appointment, you can expect a warm welcome and introductions, completion of paperwork and a review of appointment details. You’ll be introduced to the therapeutic or coaching process, we’ll set initial goals and you’ll learn how to make the most of this resource. Together, we’ll explore your emotional and physical safety needs, overall well-being and identify helpful supports and resources. You’re encouraged to ask questions and ensure it feels like a good fit for you.
