What is your Cancellation Policy?
To respect the time reserved for each client, I kindly require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee. I understand that emergencies can happen. Exceptions may be made in the case of sudden illness, accidents, or other circumstances outside your control.
How long is a session?
Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes in length.
How much does a session cost?
A 60-minute session is $160 and a 90-minute session is $210.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, most major insurance and employee assistance plans are accepted.
What can I expect in my first appointment?
At your first appointment, you can expect a warm welcome and introductions, completion of paperwork, and a review of appointment details. You’ll be introduced to the therapeutic or coaching process, set initial goals, and learn how to make the most of this resource. Together, we’ll explore emotional and physical safety needs, overall well-being, and identify any helpful supports or resources. You’re encouraged to ask questions, ensure it feels like a good fit with your Counsellor, and plan for future sessions.
